One of the reception clerks does not speak english and was not very kind, but otherone was very pleasant

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. I can definitely recommend to hotel to the visitors of Bologna. Price is great if i compare with other hotels in Bologna. Specially i really liked breakfast and service.
