Excellent location - right at the city centre! Buses and trams simply at disposals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine, but extra charges for bed linen? It should be together with the rates! Otherwise, this hostel is completely recommendable - strategic + cosy.

This hostel really needs a make over. The beds need new mattresses, they seem to be older than the hostel itself. Bedside lamps would be great as well... And a second door to keep out the ongoing noise from the staircase. Soap in the bathroom would be great as well. OK, the hostel is not responsible for drunken those drunken teenagers that kept me awake... But it is responsible to clean the stairs full of puke. Ok place for a couple of nights, but dodgy people hanging around and crashing in random rooms. Good sized rooms with ensuites, not too far of a walk from train station.

Good hostel - clean and only a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre.

nice hostel close to the centre of oslo, good connection to tram and subway. the only critique concerns the fact, that there is no common room opened all night. anyway i can recomend the hostel!

Internet chaper next door, not a proper common room, heating extremely hot at night in winter. Age groups should be similar in the same room, hence the name "Youth Hostel" Cooking facilities did not work. No locker in the room for safe stuff.
