closer to party area, verudela beach, than old town. the villa's in a quiet residential area of pula. 10 min walking to verudela but 10 min walking+a long bus ride to old town. the rooms are fantastic, sat tv, ac, balcony and what not. the guy there is very thorough and always available and they have a dog+cat combo. restaurant near by, a big supermarket close by (at least by the signs) and oh, you must visit the verudela aquarium in the old fort - dudesweet! in all, very nice.

very basic accommodations. Min 3.5km2mi walk to center. quiet neighborhood. if looking for a party, dont stay here. sat on owners back porch to get wifi signal. only accepted cash payment - not stated in description. apartment for 4 was a double bed & futon -- not 2 singles; no cot available. towels were the size of dish towels; only one toilet paper roll. lower rate still seemed overpriced for what we got. if looking only for a place to sleep, nothing more, then this is a decent choice.

It was a lovely apartment and very good value, however, there was no reception and we felt a bit like we were hassling them for any info. And although it was good value, we later found a better apartment for 10 Euros less a night, and there seemed to be a lot more on offer in the area.

Great apartments. The location is a bit out of town but the best beaches are close by and there are markets and bars and places to eat. So it really wasn't bad. You do not need a car like others have said.
