Such a good location, kreuzberg is amazing! staff are usually pretty good, except the woman who plays johnny cash and nick cave really loud at 4am and won't turn it down if you complain... otherwise, clean, friendly, good vibe. internet and laundry are a rip off, good net place right next door, use it instead, laundrz place near waschauer strasse

I stayed in their 'lounge,' a warehouse for more beds. one dirty shower (with no lock) for 22 beds. inadequate light - sufficient only for recovering from hangovers. no hangout space... terrible experience

very friendly staff, good location right next to a train station. Some cheap food and good bars nearby. Everything was clean and well organised and a good atmosphere, would stay again

good location near station in kreuzberg. most of the staff were friendly and helpful. kitchen is quite well equipped and roomy enough. i booked a 32 bed dorm,but got to stay in a 16bed, cos its low season and they dont need to open up bigger dorm, so no need to pay the extra.
