Secure, safe , clean and a tram ride or walk away from where i needed to be. Breakfast hearty and all you need from a hostel was there

Fantastic location, great breakfast, but staff were not very helpful nor friendly...nor apologetic when they put me in a male dorm instead of the correct female dorm

It a pretty and styisch yuth hostel with nice staff... And it is near the city..
really a good choice to stay there...

The whole hostel is wonderfully clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Suitable for families as well as younger travellers. No kitchen to cook for yourself though and it is quite far from the city centre. However the overall standard of the hostel makes up for this.

Terrible, terrible hostel. The staff (except for one girl at the bar) are all jerks. It is in a bad neighbourhood and very far away from the city. Blankets were filthy and it was noisy. Do not book at this hostel.

Our booking was completely messed-up. Ended up being put in different rooms and on bunk beds. Staff were very unfriendly. Also, check out is 9am.

Not a bad location, staff were just profesional with no extra service, except from the girl at the bar who was very friendly and helpful, the place very clean and well mantained, walking to the old city is about 25 minutes but very pleasant walk. something not nice having to buy the staps for the YHA card
