The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They even helped get some tea and bread ready when my travel partner fell ill. The subway stop is literally a fifteen second walk from the door and the breakfast is amazing!! The hotel room was excellent too, very comfy beds.

Very clean hotel, great location opposite a subway and within 10mins walk to the city centreold town. Staff are very nice- slight language barrier, but very kind hearted and extremely helpful. Even cooked me a free dinner when I arrived late! Cable tv with CNN included, and the nicest quilts ever.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Aldstadt and had several places to eat closeby. The room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. The oriental lady manager was very helpful at all times. A enjoyable stay other than being locked out one evening for 50 minutes.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location (tram and u-bahn stops literally outside the door), friendly and helpful staff. room cozy but a bit out of date however we were out exploring the christmas markets the majority of the time anyway. room cleaned everyday, fresh towels, bed made etc

This hotel sucks. It dosen't suck because of the noise or because of the room itself, it sucks because of the staff. The older gentleman was very rude when I first came and said that he didn't have a reservation for me. He also complained about the 10% downpayment and said that he had no idea what that meant and pointed out that I don't get breakfast. Then, I went jogging in the morning and the older woman got a flower waterer and watered my sneakers. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!.
