Staff were friendly, had a few "incidents" with some other guests that were out of the staffs control. bathrooms were a bit cold, but that can't be helped.

The location of this Hostel was wonderful. The facilities were good, and there was a nice, well equipped kitchen. I was not a fan of being on the 5th floor with no lifts for guests use. I would recommend this hostel as a good place to stay in Manchester!

Top notch stuff. Fantastic location.Dead centre of manchester,staff were very helpful annd up for a laugh. Nice atmosphere.Thank you for the stay.Would recommend to anyone who plans afew days in manchester. Left my jacket in the tv room for a full day with 50 quid in the pocket, a day later, it was still there, 50 quid n all. Speaks volumes. Go raibh maith agat pierce. Tabhair aire

In some Nights there was a terrible noise until 6 in the morning. (Because of a travel group)
