The Hazelbrook House is one of the best B&B that we have gone to.

The couple who own the hotel are really nice and friendly. However, the girl at the front desk was very rude and abrupt. She was not at all friendly.
The breakfast is really nice and is a full cooked breakfast. Very good value. The room was very clean and included an iron. The location is OK, about 15 minute walk to Temple Bar.

I was travelling on my own, found the location excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts yummy. This accommodation is more than a hostelbackpackers, so entertainment was not provided. Would recomend the property and stay there again. Merran, New Plymouth, New Zealand.
