the site is little bit far, we are not in the neighborhood of Bel Air, the rooms are small, clean bathrooms and the water is warm. But the big difference is the vip treatment of Dona Teresa, the very nice lady that owns the place and gives you the best efforts to help you enjoy your stay.

the best of this hotel is the lady herself. she is so helpfull... when you mention to her some problems she is ready to explain and to solve it for you. only negative thing is the long walk to the city center... More than 20 Minutes...

The Hostel is a bit off the center, so take a taxi to go there. The lovley place is really cute and the owners got a big heart for every traveller. Have a look at the private pictures of Mardona in the living room.

The lady here is amazing! She's the nicesy lady bwe ever met!!! It's the best hostal we've been in yet. A bit far away from the center of the city but worth every minute of walking...

I was only at the hostel for about 12 hours, but the owner was incredibly sweet. She offered us tea and or coffee when we arrived near midnight and provided a great breakfast in the morning. It looks like it is a little far from downtown Punta Arenas, but I can
