Our room was next to the common area, but wat do you expect. Kitchen is a bit small for the number of guests wanting to cook. Agusto was the bom!

We have loved our stay at Backpackers hostel and would recommend it to anybody. All the staff were so helpful in all aspects and the tourisg agency is the best in Pucon. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay so memorable. Ant and Cat.

Backpackers Hostal was excellent! We found it perfect for our trip. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They helped us to plan our trips and have connections so they were able to tell us which companies are better for which activities. The hostal is also really clean, the bathrooms, rooms, and even the kitchen which is rare for a communal kitchen. Also, the beds were really comfortable which was a bonus after a long day of climbing or biking.

We have been travelling for 17 months so far, using hostelworld regularly and we have yet felt the need to leave feedback, until now. claudio is the best hostel owner going and gustavo the best employee. they are laid back yet hands on, the perfect balance needed to feel at home yet informed. thanks again everyone at your hostel in beautiful pucon...
