Very nice staff. Helped us to set up a boat tour of Lake Titicaca, which I'd highly recommend, though we were not warned to bring extra cash for lunch. Also, helped us to arrange for a collective bus to the airport in Juliaca, though it took 2 hours to get there instead of the 45 minutes we were told (the driver circled around Puno for over an hour until the bus was full).

Great location with everything you need around, Great helpful staff and good breckfast. You can book floting island tour here with transfers included.

The hostel's location is excellent, but the staff do not speak English. Not recommended for non Spanish speakers.

An alright place to crash for a couple days. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Cable TV. Comfy bed. Not much character but this is more of a hotel than a hostel.

Wonderful! staff! Thank you for all your help. Rooms are a little cramped and dark. Maybe take out broken closet (201 I think). Breakfast was lovely.
