The Wohlenbergs are a very nice family. Everything was easygoing and we had a nice stay. Our room next to the busstation wasn't very quiet in the morning... The bathroom should be a little bit cleaner...

Quiet place. Eric the owner is very friendly and helpful. Right next to the bus terminal and only 70 meters from the main street it is ideally located. Could do with another bathroom and more kitchen space though.

Lots of kitchens you can cook in. Best part - the owner Eric is a lovely person who helped us with everything we asked for... he is the reason i would recommend this hostel to my friends.

Os donos sao estremamente amigaveis, me indicou todos os passeios, cuidou da minha bagagem depois q minha diaria acabou e o unico problema e o banheiro....muito sujo. O resto e tudo mto bom!

The owners Eric and his wife are very kind and helpful. They will make you feel very welcome and will help you book tours if needed. The place is very homely and has a great location near to bus station and centre of town. I would definitely recommend this place.

This hostel was a great find. It's in a great location for transport and the town.The owners, Erick and Elizabeth, are brilliant. Both go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay. Facilities are great and the kitchen certainly surpasses many we've come across on our travels in South America. You won't go far wrong staying here!

I stayed 4 nights and it's very good hostel with good facilities...this is a place to be there in Pucon. Moreover Eric can give you many advices about activities in Pucon because he knows everything and he is really a passionate guy. Believe me, you won't have any regret if you choose this hostel.
