Room was a bit old and cold, but big. Nice view to the canal from the balcony.Staff speaks English and are quite friendly. It is good place if you are looking for a quite stay! Forget about having fun here, it s not the right place.

The walls were a bit thin (you can hear most of the neighbours conversation), but the location is perfect and the breakfast is good!!

GREAT location. Loved the staff. Good breakfast, too! Short walk to everything, and our room window opened to a canal. Would definitely stay there again!!

The hotel was decent and fairly comfortable. It did get slightly flooded on the ground level during our stay (due to the excessive rain) but not in the guest rooms.
What's best about this place is the location - very close to both Ponte di Rialto and Piazza San Marco.

venice was flooding everywhere when we were there, can be a bit inaccessible in the morning. but other than that, it's all good.
