We found the staff at this hotel very helpful on the travel desk and at reception unfortunately other staff members were quite noisy during the early hours talking and yelling to each other up and down the stairs. We also found quite a few cockroaches in the room and bathroom.

It's a nice hotel with all your typical western creature comforts if that's what you are after. Reasonable priced 24hr room service menu. Surrounding area busy and daunting if it's your first time in India, but nothing unusual if you are used to the culture shock!! Very close to New Delhi train station. Tour desk could be better but staff generally nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I truly felt like part of the family after just one day. Home-cooked meals are great. The owner is a doctor and solved my "Delhi Belly" very quickly. Highly recommended!

they try and charge you more than you should pay

in the slum area of new delhi, not safe at night and very dirty but hotel overall was clean and cool with good working aircon however we awoke to find a guy in our room in the middle of the night-that was creepy! people just tend to walk in your room! oh and there was the odd cockroach here and there.

We thought that the staff were very helpful and that it was very well managed.
