Very dirty small building with few rooms.Cold water,dirty rooms,and bed sheets,unsafe area.This hotel is a trap,cause when u had spent a night in such a dirty place,you have the day after aman from a travel agency infront of the hotel,who comes to ask u to book from him expensive hotels all over india.This man is the owner of the dirty hotel.Beaware.

We booked for Hotel Durga Deluxe with the Airport Pick Up. It wasn't until 15 minutes after we were picked up from the airport that we were informed that the Hotel had double booked and that they had booked us into another hotel - a more expensive and shabbier hotel with suspicious stains on the sheets and an awful mattress. Not a happy customer.

overcharged me in the end. very dirty sheets, definitely didn't change the sheet covering the mattress for a while. hard to find, won't go back.

This hotel was ok, although nothing amazing. The airport pick up was good. Probably my biggest issue was the way that I was hounded by the hotel's associated travel agency to set an itinerary book onto one of their tours. Between the hotel and the agency it was fairly relentless and it was actually difficult to walk out the door without someone trying to drag me somewhere or other. If you stay here, I'd advise being assertive about your plans.

Perfect little hotel for those on a budget, great links with a travel agent who isn't inclined to rip you off. Food and drink in the hotel is a good price. Friendly staff, clean sheets, hot water and HBO for the quiet moments. Ace.

good area and overall good hotel. karol bagh is a nice area to be in- i would def reccomend it and there's a metro stop really close by which makes everything easier. bathroom was a bit dirty and there is an annoying bell that goes off all day but has good tv when you need a rest and an escape from the crazy of outdoors

I am very pleased with the hotel. It is simple, and for youth hostel it is excellent. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I appreciated that I was able to communicate with the staff prior to my coming to India, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that there was a driver waiting for me at the aiport (which was a big deal to me).

I had a great experience at Durga Deluxe; initially i was hesitant being a lone female traveller but i was well taken care of! Perks for me included a reliable travel agent who had staff that spoke fluent english!!

A good cheap place to stay. I have just booked to stay with them again - I guess that that is the best recommendation. There are negatives: The 'free internet' is actually at an office 50m down the road. One has to ask for the hot water to be turned on 10 minutes before a shower (I was there 2 days before someone told me this) c) Make sure that you bolt the door to avoid unannounced visits from the attentive staff. Get to know the owners who run the travel agent nearby to sort out any problems
