Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, and the hotel was a bit far away from the train station on foot. The doors to the hotel were never locked, but it wasn't in a dangerous neighborhood or anything.

Said they would be in the office w breakfast ready at 6am no problem when I told them I had to catch a 7:15 train. I waited until 6:45 but had to leave without breakfast or checking out as no one showed up. Wi-Fi signal is weak and doesn't work in most 2nd floor rooms. had to sit in the hall on the first floor to check email.

I love this hotel and the staff !! Clean and lovely room, friendly, helpful, and polite staff. The free breakfast was the best I had anywhere on my 2 months vacation!

Great place! Clean. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was the best I had anywhere on my european vacation!

I would not recommend this place at all. It was extremely difficult to find. After ringing the manager to get directions (which were not clear and very confusing) having then to spend 2hrs walking the streets we finally find the hotel and the manager has the hide to ask us where hhad we been you called 2hrs ago and I gave you clear directions... He was rude and very unhelpful.. The place also only has only share toilets and showers and the whole hotel buliding is very old and smells.

Great accommodation for the money. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is the best. Definitly reccommend.

THE MAN BEHIND THE FRONT DESK WAS ABLE TO UPGRADE US TO A PRIVATE ENSUITE. THIS IS A CATEGORY 2 ROOM WHICH IS NOT INDICATED ON THE HOSTELWORLD BOOKING FORM AS AN OPTION.
