We only stayed for an evening, but it was a great place to stay. Conveniently located to Kyoto main station and a few sites. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and worth the money!

A beautiful old building. The rooms are slightly worn out but not dirty or awful. In fact its refreshing to stay in an old place. Beautiful garden which the rooms look into. Big shared bath.

Excellent location, close to Gion subway station. comfortable rooms, very clean; staff has a little English, but is great on figuring out what you're trying to say.
