Bit pushy on the tours as soon as you re in the door but to be expected

The staff were friendly and warm. They allowed me a shower after I returned from overnight trip to Halong Bay before I was to go to the train station. This was done without charge and was a very nice extra.

They are overbooking their hotel and passing customers off to other hotels. They even kept our down-payment, and didn't transfer it to the new hotel.
The hotel they took us to had a moldy shower, dirty rugs, and smelled damp. The clerk was pushy and tried to sell us a tour everytime we passed the desk.
I wouldn't suggest this crooked operator to anyone!

I enjoyed my stay in Joy Hotel. The room of this hotel is very nice and cleanest... Very friendly and nice staff together with an old Quarter location makes this hotel highly recommended.

Fantastic Hostel in hanoi old's quarter. The large balconies are sensational. The staff very friendly and helpful, they really made our gruop feeling like as stayed at our home.

noisy in room because of front desk downstairs and glass in door. good to put wooden doors on rooms and carpeting in hallway to quiet the noise. or a door at the base of stairway to separate the stairwell from the reception area.

Great location and the staff are very helpful and would often go the extra mile to help. One of the best places I stayed in on the way to travel and Really good value for money. Highly recommended.

Good location in the old quarter. very friendly staff. Didnt get much sleep as the acoustics in the hotel are not good and noise travels up, stayed on 2nd and 3rd floor and had this problem. Tours we did with this hotel were very good and reasonably priced. Our room had mould on walls...
