I slept in the 20-bed dorm... Well, the conditions weren't ideal but it was more or less what I had expected. I guess staff should smile a bit more often! Thumbs-up go only to the breakfast girls, the remaining staff were rather unkind and unhelpful. New towels and sheets each day - well done. Perfect location for a stranger from Europe due to its proximity to the airport. Pleasant atmosphere in the pool area. Overall a cheap and pleasant hostel, ideal for 3-4 nights just to explore L.A.

It's a nice place to stay considering its proximity to LAX and the price. The room is clean and there's free coffee. The only thing that drove me slightly nuts is that the free hotel shuttle took 4 phonecalls and 1 12 hours to arrive.

Great pool (always with the water hot), pool, etc. I have no problems to sleep. The parking is in the property. Excelent and highly recommended if you have a car. If not they organize tours from the hostel...

There was always jukebox playing outside - sometimes you'd hope it was shut but sometimes it really creates an athmosphere there. Also, the pool is awesome!

They have everything you need, except a good location. It's a suspecious area, but I didn't have any trouble. The have free shuttles to and from the airport and to Venice Beach as well. They offer a lot of free stuff like food and drinks in the bar. If you have a car it's an excellent place. Or if you just need a cheap place to stay. The staff is nice and prices good.
