Very nice hotel and value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we could store our bags in the hotel even on our check out day free of charge. And also we supposed to get the room 6pm but instead got it 5 in the morning. Location is excellent. Room was very clean and air conditioned so i can only recommend this hotel to anyone who doesnt want to fork out much on the accomodation but still wants quality.

Great hostel in Panama. Tons of backpackers to hang out with. All kinds of DVDs to watch, tons of books available to read. Beer and wine available 247. Really helpful and nice staff. Free pancakes were a nice surprise. thanks for the nice visit.

Stuart and the crew were great! It's definitely a hostel in terms of accommodation, but it was very clean and they are great hosts. Even those that couldn't stay at the hostel when it was full were invited back to just hang out...and they really meant it. It's a great place if you're young, flexible, and not too sure what your plans are. The pancake mix and internet are always available. Just note that the AC only comes on at night, so you may sweat all day and freeze all night.

Notes around the hostel, saying "your mum do not work here, and we are not your mum", were tragic and offending to see. Hope you change these to at least "your parents". Some genus perspective please!

Mamallena's is great! They just added a bunch of new private rooms, which are really nice. The owner and his brother are two really fun and helpful guys. We were there over the holidays and they had a giant family dinner for the 30+ people staying there. Highly recommended!

Great staff! This was my first hostel and they guy laid everything out for me on what to expect and everything. Also sets up taxis and gives tips on the area, etc. Very pleasant. Free breakfast.

All people working there do a great Job! Stuart who is running the hostel had always the nerves to be kind no matter how many people wanted at the same time a answer to a question. He could also be a manager in a company, but thank god, he is running a hostel helping us travelers.
