The hostel is really worth spending a few Reais more. The house and its interior is great and staff very friendly. Location is perfect to visit the city and to go out at night.

Oca is amazing. A really cute little beautiful house with two sisters and a brother who run this place. This is their home, so it really feels like visiting them. It's just cause they have lots of friends, so there are bunk beds in their guest rooms:) not just normal beds as usually.
I missed the breakfast in one morning and Ale still made me a sandwich + ask for Deborah's strawberry caipirinhas! Muaaah! Too bad I could stay at Oca just for 1+1 night.

I've stayed in a lot of hostels and I can't think of a better one.
Lovely building that feels more like a home than a hostel, great breakfast, nice beds, great location, lovely stuff.
Highly recommended.
