There are actually 4 Pirwa hostels in Cuzco, so they picked us up from the airport then dropped us at the one we were staying at which was great. Our hostel was on Carmen Alto - at the top of a rather large flight of stairs! It was quiet but nice.

The hostel is very nice...there is a inside place very nice and quite and the staff is really helpful. You can ask everything you want. We had no problem of security and the location is not far from Plaza de Armas. Some problems with the hot water...sometimes you need to ask the staff... But i would recommand it. Have fun.

A nice little hostel, not too far away, would suit couples, families, not really a party place, but good if you like some peace and quiet.

I was made very welcome, considering my late arrival, due to problems on the road between Puno and Cusco. I have found the staff to be attentive and see to my needs without delay. Marlem and the other staff are an asset to the hostel

Great location in San Blas where there are loads of bars, cafes and arty shops about. Staff here are super friendly and helpful. Sunny courtyard, great for breakfast in the morning and relaxing. Rooms are clean and good comfy beds - just what you need. Good value for Cusco.

Rooms were filthy, sheets covered with hair; asked for replacements and got same thing. No heating meant nights were freezing, the orthopaedic beds were like concrete. The staff were never around, the reception was often unmanned. The kitchen was dirty with staff leaving dishes for guests to wash.Water often turned off so showers and toilets dont work;you then have to find a staff member to fix it.Net speed worse than dialup.Free breakfast is stale bread.Dont go here; camping would be better.

Nice Hostal in Cusco's San Blas quarter. Good rooms, comfortable beds, clean. Only the breakfast is a bit poor but overall: We would come again.

Friendly staff, but hostel is noisy in the morning due to all rooms looking out to common area and selfish guests. No credit card facilities available
