This hostel is tricky to get to if you don't know your way around the city. It is on the far side of the main highway through town. Besides this inconvenience, it's a very sweet hostel (more like a hotel) in the home of a friendly family. It doesn't take too long to walk to townthe beach from the hostel; perhaps 20 minutes. But the distance from the main activity of the town is something to consider when choosing where to stay in Playa.

loved it! the staff were so kind and helpful and i had a wonderful time practicing spanish with a girl that was learning english. it's about a 15 minute walk from the beach, really the only downfall.

Beautiful and clean accomodation. Very good prices, but too far from city centre. Definitely better than other hostels, which were crappy, discusting and dirty and for 100pesos more expensive, this is more like a hotel room. Definetely recomended, if u dont have the problem to walk or catch a taxi.
