Helpful with organising tours within Egypt. Generally friendly staff but need to ensure rooms a bit cleaner and that adequate towels are supplied to rooms.

Good place. Great location. The singles are a bit small, but the doubles have balconies with amazing views of downtown cairo.

Every thing was perfect. the room has all the facielities that we read about before booking, We used the pick up service and it was great to found some waiting you at the airport specialy aftermidnight. the staff were helpful , and the Location was great close to every thing , realy at the heart of Cairo.

My visit to Egypt was realy short, only 4 days and by Ramses II hotel staff and specialy the tour Operator who arranged every thing and made it excellent . I have been to the main attractions of Cairo and Luxor in a well organised program, Thanks to the Guides and drivers all of them were Super. highly recommended
