We booked 3 double room and when we arrived to the hostel the manager told us that he had just 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 individual room, and there was no option. Finally after a few minutes talking with the manager we took a discount in the individual room, that is not a good way to start any travel! .I do not understand how hostelworld can support this kind of experiences, you must garantee that the person who reserve the rooms will have that he book.
