Good Location, Hard to find at 1st would recommend gettin someone to point you in the right direction even if it cost a few cents. Be aware the 10 Bed dorm is a 15 Bed dorm and there is 1 Toilet and shower for all guests to share. If you book in Euro make sure you pay in euro otherwise the Hostel will charge a crazy over the top exchange rate to pay in local currency. Otherwise good Hostel maybe a little pricy but if you get the right weekend in the month elisa puts on a good party

Most important thing to know about this hostel is that the 10 bed dorm is actually a 15 bed dorm and the 6 is actually an 8. 4 person room is in another location. Apart from the owner nobody else speaks English. We got off on the wrong foot but she tried her hardest to make up for it. Over all an enjoyable stay but there are better Riads for less.

Bad experience in this riad. We booked a room for 2 +1 night. When we arrived the riad was in another location from the one indicated. The landlady of the riad requeted payments of all nights in advance. The room was dirty (smell of limestone everywhere) and with a very small bed. The decoration was awful. Thw last night they changed us the room (but we has been given a double room instead of a twin as we booked) and in another location. This room was very dark but better decorated.

Location was very central, thou it's hard finding it the 1st time cuz streets are a maze w. poor signs..but we got lost once and they sent someone to come and get us. I had booked a mixed 6-person dorm and somehow was put in a private 3 person room w. someone else from our group for same cost. He actually hadn't even reserved and ended up paying less for the single room in person than I paid for the 6-person dorm online...sth to keep in mind if you travel during the low season. The lounge o...More

It's Marrakesh, so don't expect like the usual lux European hostels. I graded this Hostel with that mentality. It was a great stay, friendly staff (we bugged them so much and they were so patient with us), great location once you get oriented, safe enough (no lockers). Overall, Thank you Medina Azahara! Thank you for letting me stay all night with the lights on in the terrace--beautiful views!

I also had to ask them change sheets because those were really dirty and stinking. Well, otherwise place was ok, shower and breakfast were great but when I paid my nights they didn

the directions were wrong and lead us to a different place, and we ended up paying someone to take us to the actual reception. the service was terrible, noone was ever around, and they overcharged us. overall it wasn't the greatest experience!
