Staff were helpful on providing maps and info on places to eat out etc. was really good. I also arrived really early and just asked if i was able to store my things there while i went out, and they actually arranged to have a room cleaned quickly for me to check in early. It was also an upgrade, so i apprecitated it so much!
Was clean and nice, more like a hotel than a hostel.

The restaurant that reception has recommended is not as good as claimed. However, in overall is just ok.

Good location right in historical city centre. Really nice and helpful staff willing to help you out and tell you what sights you should see in Lucerne. Room was beautiful, clean and beds very comfortable. We had a great stay!! Will definately be returning to this hotel if we visit Lucerne again!! Thanks!! :)

It's the clealinest and most spacious hostel we stayed in during our trip. And wonderful view of the river. It's a pity we stayed for one night only. But the curtain should be thicker. I couldn't fall asleep with the light outside. And it would be better if the balcony door could be sound-proof. Again I couldn't sleep with any sound.

I had a comfortable stay. The place was roomy, the breakfast good, there was cheep internet and other useful facilities. The place was close to most attractions but about 15 minutes from the main train station which was the only negative aspect to the place for me.
