A nice clean, but no character place 2 mins from the airport. As the name tells it, this is a perfect solution for a transit situation. The staff is very kind, but English is rather limited. Had a good stay altogether.

they don't keep your reservations from hostel world. When we arrived they had no clue when I showed them the print out of the reservation. Fortunately they had a room available for the night. Very close to the airport. 15 mins walk.

I do not recommend for single Western traveller wanting English. Dodgy part of town, loud music all night (lucky for the ear plugs didn

Easy to find from the port. Wouldn't walk around the area at night as a single female so ate early. Great social area on rooftop where I met some great fellow travellers. Returned after visiting Paje. Only complaint is that owner used elevated conversion rate so make sure you know the current US exchange rate if you are paying in Tanzanian shillings as everything is quoted in US$ then converted.

A quiet and very clean haven in amongst the madness that is Dar es Salaam. It's the perfect stop over for catching your flight to the next destination. All mod cons with friendly and helpful staff.
