Our toilet had to be manually flushed, the bathroom as filthy, the roof leaked and dripped all over my bed and there was mold on the ceiling. A health fest! No TV, pretty boring zzzzzz. Computer screen made you feel like vomiting all over the key board.

My first stay in a hostel, very enjoyable!! Loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Plus I think I've made some friends for life. Heat was good, beds were good, bathroom a little grungy but besides that, an excellent stay.

Blue Sky West End was one of the best hostels in which I've stayed. It was very clean and had a great atmosphere! I couldn't believe our room had its own bathroom. Because of the warmth of the room, free blankets and towels, hot shower, and low noise level, I had the best sleep of my vacation at Blue Sky. The staff was very helpful; Crystal was especially nice. The lounge was conducive to meeting people, and the free internet was awesome!

there were 2 of us traveling together but put us in different rooms. one room was full the other empty, don't understand why they couldn't put us in the same room? my bathroom was disgusting- the toilet seat cover wasnt even screwed in and it smelt so bad i went next door to my friends room to use the bathroom. don't think id stay there again

rooms clean. but bathroom out of order. the shared bathroom a little dirty, but warm.
good location for the day 'cause not far from the subway, but in the night a little too far from the center...

The helpfull staff compensated the flaws of the hostel. It isn't very pretty and there aren't much showers, but they were clean.
Nice price. Would stay again.

The Canadian woman on front desk was not very welcoming on arrival. Our room had water leaking from the cieling into a bucket all night. The shower didn't work in the ensuite. There was no secure storage space. And on the second morning there was no juice included in the breakfast. The hostel's saving grace was it's location near cheap barseats, and the other younger staff. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
