We liked the hostel (proximity to beach) but couldn't stand the shared bathroom situation - two showers, each in the same cubical as a toilet and hence little privacy for a lot of guests. Also, why is there never and soap available in the bar toilets? Lots of noise late in the evenings from the bar area.

Excellent hostel overall, cool chillout areas, bright clean bedrooms, staff fun and helpful, great place to meet other backpackers. Just a bigger kitchen is definetly needed.......

A wonderful hostel right near the beach in Iquique - go there. The facilities are great and the deck overlooking the beach is perfect!

Awesome location, two steps from the beach. Nice beds, clean showers, hot water all day, friendly staff, cute puppy :) Will stay again next time I need some sun, sand and surf, thanks!

Backpacker's Hostel in Iqueique is wonderful place to stay. Amazing view from top terrace over the Pacific, clean huge rooms with lockers and lovely duvets and stripe sheets. I felt like in my own bed. But showers are too small.. Staff is friendly, English speaking.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Great people, draws and international crowd, clean, social and right on the beach. Quiet to sleep if you need to but your able to party the night away and no one upstairs can hear you!
