I really enjoyed staying at El Guembe Hostel. Sebastian and Ariel were sooo helpful and accomodating. I will definitely recommend this hostel to friends. Thank you to the staff for making my stay in Iguazu so wonderful. Muchas gracias, Natalie Carter.

Hostel is OK. Pool water didn't look reliable. Due to a reservation messed up I was transferred to their second location. This other location is much more inferior, no pool and I got charge the same rate. This also included a poorly working toilet. Be aware.

nice quiet hostel, with nice surroundings. great location, very close to the bus that goes to the falls. comfortable aswell!!!! would stay again.

I have stayed in all sorts of hostels while travelling in countries of 3 continents. This is by far, one of the best, if not the best, I have ever stayed at. The staff were like buddies, there were no ridiculous rules and regulations and as long as you respected everyone else, you can do what you like! The bedding was changed on a daily basis, bathrooms floors and swimming pool were insanely clean and the whole ambient feels like an oasis under the scorching sun!

A lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet hostel with very helpful staff. Close to the bus station and the pool is a nice touch after a long day in the humidity of Iguazu. No complaints!

The location is great (2 minutes from the bus). The garden, with its small pool, is well kept and a good place to relax. The staff are really nice and helpful. The only small gripe is that the bathroom is a little cramped and the shower could do with a service but that said, we'd recommend this place as a quiet and convenient place to stay.

Fairly average place. Don't get your hopes up about the "new" pool, it's small and looks like it doesn't have a filtration system. Water was pretty murky so we didn't go near it.

A hostel that feels unloved. Although it was low season, the weather was great but the pool was dirty. The staff lay about watching telly. The interior was scruffy and showed signs of damp and disrepair and the breakfast was laughable. Not impressed and would not recommend.
