Very noisy, all through the night, making it quite difficult to sleep. The room was much shoddier than I would have expected for the price.

Staff decided to cancel my booking without my permission, even though i didnt book through them and acted like there was nothing wrong with doing it. So i had to walk around looking for somewhere else to stay as there was no room to spare. I was Very disappointed.

Not exactly as close to the train station as they indicate. Hotel is located down a dark street (at night). 24 hour staff wasn't really 24 hours... we had to catch a train early in the morning and had to knock on the reception door and wait for the receptionist to wake up before we could leave.

We had spent a lot of time in finding this hostel, when we got there the keeper said we can only check in at 2PM. Actually when we were booking we typed that we would arrive at 7AM. Anyway they let us leave our luagge there before we check in that is OK for our sight seeing.

This hostel was ok, the directions to it could be better, you would be better off catching the airport bus not the train, as the bus takes you to within minutes of the door with a lot less hassle and costs less. No hot water which we told the front desk staff about but there was nothing they could do apparently. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was included and was nice, but avoid the juice as it is super concentrate.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop over whilst in transit. As such the location close to the train station was ideal, and the breakfast was great.

I was a little worried about this hotel after reading the reviews here, but it fit my budget and location, so i booked it. It was great! Staff (Michael) was really friendly, helped me find an excellent pizzeria nearby and the room (room 4) was not only clean but also fairly spacious for a single room. Price seems expensive for what you get, however Milan aint cheap. I would have no problem staying here again.
