The room was great with clean comfy bed, TV, wardrobe, air-con etc with window and balcony. The bathroom though had a cracked bath with was too small for bathing in anyway and the air-con unit rained water on the bed if put on too cold. Breakfast was included and was ok. There was a hard sell for the onward bus travel too.

Beautiful rooms, quiet location,centre city The staff here were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. They helped us find another hotel and took uis there when we needed to stay longer in Hue due to illness and they were fully booked. They also took us to a Vietnam Airlines booking office for free as well. Really great!

only issue i had with this place was their insistence on pushing my partner and I for tours when it was pouring with rain the entire time we were in town...

Very hard to find since everyone knows it by its Vietnamese name - it would be useful if this was on the website. The rooms were damp but this seems normal for Hue.

Very good place to stay with wonderful, friendly staff and well equipped rooms. The location is great - close to sights and restaurants but very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Phoneix hotel is very conveniently located near the Perfume River, the citadel and the DongBa market.Location is great, and being at the alley allows us to have a quiet sleep. breakfast is great with a main course and a drink. And the staff Moon and An r very caring and friendly. Rooms are spacious but one of the lights did not work. The hotel facilities are average.
