The rooms were hotel-style, fantastic showers, the only real thing against it was the location. If you're going to stay in patong you really need to be on the beach where all the action is or else you end up spending money on tuk tuks to take you everywhere. Also rather noisy at night.

Run by a very nice Korean guy & his family. Location is just about 5-10min walk to the beach. If you want to do Scuba diving then these guys can help.

Nice place, 3min to patong beach, 10min to night life. Super clean room, nicely staff, they help us everything. Good price for daily tour. Recommend.

did not stay long. Their matress was just springs and I booked 2 beds and they gave me a 'double room' the photo showed 2 beds in the room and they wouldn't give us a room w 2 beds so we asked for our money and left. They charged us for that night though as if that was fare- those people are just crooks.

More like a nice motel than a guesthouse. A haven right in the heart of Patong, close to the beach. Owners are super lovely and could not be more helpful. Would definitely come back.

Very nice place to stay. The staff (one man) was extremely attentive (perhaps too much so). Good location, free Internet and travel office to help you with whatever you want. Recommended.

Very clean,beautiful,comfortable,
safety guesthouse. In the room, safety deposit box,dvd player,hot shower ect..Staff is very kindly,so nice people..real lovely guesthosue. I recommend som guesthouse. Definitely I will go again.

Never stay here unless you want your bags raided by the cleaners and your money stolen. Staff blame everyone else except themselves and dont even attempt to sort it out
