You are in 5 minute walk from the central market and the railway station and 7 minutes walk from the Old City: entertainment, cultural and historical heart. In two minutes walk you have Modern Art Museum, 'Spikeru' concert hall, many modern restaurants and bars with live music evenings, all around future espanade 'Spikeri', now in reconstruction process.The main room has comfortable furniture and a sofa bed for 2 persons. If 2 rooms apartment, so in the bedroom, you have Double bed (140 cm). Here is a well-equipped kitchen, shower room with WC. Tiled kitchen and bath,in the main room - parquet flooring. The apartment is fully renovated in a contemporary style with soft and warm colors. Towels and laudry included. No smoking.
