So, the nineteenth-century Vecchio Pozzo (old well) that is built into the structure of Hotel Arcobaleno offers our guests a unique opportunity. The well, which was dug out of the villa's stone granaries, has been expertly converted to allow private business breakfasts, romantic dinners and special meetings take place in a magical setting. The environment is discreet, private and truly enjoyable. The old brick silo that was originally constructed to collect water has been converted into three rooms, each on a separate level and each with its own comfortable round table. These dining areas are accessible by a charming winding stairway that allows exploration of the entire depth of the well. Reservations are required for dinner in the well. During both summer and winter, the restaurant is open every day of the week except Sunday.
