The modern and tastefully furnished 1-room-appartment (approx. 36 m²) with a balcony heading south west is located on the 3rd level (with elevator) of an apartment house in Munich/Berg-am-Laim, approx. 10 mins by car away from the city center and only 10 mins away from the Exhibition Center. The bright apartment provides a combined bedroom and living space with a double bed (160x200cm), a couch (can also be used as a further sleeping alternative, 140x200cm) for another 2 persons (max 4). dining table with 4 chairs, wardrobe and a TV (Astra Digital with over 150 different TV and radio channels in various languages).The kitchen is modern and equipped top quality incl. microwave; the bathroom has a bathtub and shower/WC. This is a non-smoking room only. Special Features: No breakfast service; however close by are various shops of daily needs, coffee shops and restaurants. High recreational value due to the nearby parc with indoor and outdoor pool area.
