Cochin is strategically located on the major sea routes linking Europe, North Africa and Middle East with India, Far East and Oceania. Cochin is an ideal place to start with your Kerala tour, since it is centrally located and is well connected with other tourist destinations in Kerala.Our Homestay is situated amidst a natural environment studded with coconut palms, banana plants and fruit trees. It is a three storied purple colored building. The ground floor is occupied by the host family; The first and second floors have six rooms and a dormitory for group stay. The rooms are of varying sizes and are all en suite.ACCOMMODATION:There are deluxe double/ triple rooms and deluxe 4/5/6/8/10 beds rooms; There is also a common dining hall with attached kitchen, adjacent to the homestay.Single Accommodation is provided in all rooms subject to availability.Family Accommodation is provided according to the size of the visiting family.Group Accommodation is provided in 4/5/6/8/10 beds rooms, by adjusting beds according to the number of persons in each room. Hence the cost shall be less on a per head basis.All rooms, including bathrooms are fully mosquito proofed and are constructed in such a way to provide cross-flow air circulation. All rooms have attached bathrooms with European style closets, showers, hot/cold water, dressing mirrors and wardrobes. The rooms are well equipped with single/double cots, writing tables and chairs and cable TVs. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms and to save energy, low power consuming A/Cs are provided, All rooms are equipped with emergency lamps that switch on automatically when the power goes off. In order to provide cool drinking water, a water filter along with a bottle cooler are provided. Free Internet & Luggage keeping facilities are also available in the office adjacent to the homestay for limitted periods.
