Downstairs there are a kitchen equipped with every comfort, dining room, TV room and living room with fireplace and pool table. Adjacent to this hamlet there is an outbuilding of 70 square meters. This structure, which offers 3 beds, consists of triple room, bathroom and TV room upstairs and a kitchen, dining room and second bathroom downstairsAdjacent to the house is a small wooden chalet, used as a reception and store agricultural products. The owners house is near and they are always at your disposition.The outdoor areas are spacious and well equipped: kitchen with barbecue, garden, large roof terrace, laundry room and private parking.The farm covers an area of 10 hectares used largely for the cultivation of olive and fig trees.
