It is possible to rent a bike for about $3.50 per hour and cycle to the end of the causeway and have a meal or drink in one of the many restaurants and bars on the islands.-In the evening you can go to calle Uruguay to have dinner and go out for a drink or a dance or stroll along the cobbled streets of Casco Viejo, the old part of the city, UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2003.-Another option is the have a stroll at the Causeway and visits a restaurant or bars.Apart from the excursions that you can do on your own, you can also take part in one of the three organized excursions:1) Canal � Casco Viejo ($50)2) Emberaa Indigenous Village ($125)3) 2 nights at the San Blas islands ($150): this is a very good deal!
